TIMECARD

A tool app designed to aid school owners, directors, instructors and students in stream lining the task of logging and tracking clock hours and earned effort while on campus. When on campus, students have the ability to clock in on their own, or a school provided mobile device. This includes mobile phones and or tablets on the iOS Apple or Android platforms. Once clocked in students can begin logging the time they spend studying theory hours or performing operations related to their course of study. This earned effort is then submitted to the appropriate instructor, who can then approve, modify, deny or redirect it back to the student.

Students always have the ability to review what has been processed by the instructor and what is pending approval. Students can also review their overall progress in the program as well as by subject from anywhere using internet access. With TimeCard students no longer have to wait in line to clock in or out. They no longer have to wait in line for validation of their earned effort at the end of the day. It is all on the go! The likelihood of cheating and adding an operation or theory that was not earned is almost nonexistent since everything is submitted as it occurs.

Directors have the ability to produce multiple reports, review, and edit student efforts in the event of a mistake or integration of transfer students. They are also able to view who is not campus and/or who is late and what time they arrived. The drop-down menu options are completely customizable to each school’s particular specifications and requirements.

TimeCard will calculate SAP based on school defined attendance milestones and the grades given by the instructors. Students then electronically acknowledge receipt of their SAP reports. The school is also able to sent notifications to the students regarding upcoming events, school unplanned closures due to weather or other mitigating circumstances.
